Hello, I'm looking for answers. My 5 year old cat hid somehow in the house we moved from. We assumed she got out during the move because we couldn't find her. She is very timid and wasn't responding to our calls so we just gave up. The house remained vacant and the new owner would frequently go ther...

Cats and static electricity
When I pet my cat, he always has a lot of static electricity in his fur. At night I can actually see sparks as I pet him. We live in the dry southwest so maybe that contributes to it, but I’d like to know how to reduce or eliminate it. We don’t have carpet, only hardwood floors.
